Need to change something on your order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately! Orders are distributed over the weekend, therefore we require you to contact us by 12:00pm EST on Friday in order to ensure any changes are made. If your order is already processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

Want to add another item to your order?

Sorry, once your order is placed we are unable to add additional items. However, you can place a new order for the item and contact us with the previous order information. We are happy to adjust the shipping cost (amount to be determined by IAWH) if the additional order was placed in 24 hours (Eastern Standard Time) of the original order.

We ship orders…

Over the weekend via Canada post. Canadian orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days depending on location. Worldwide orders usually arrive within 10-15 business days. Shipping times may vary due to availability of each item.

Haven’t received your order confirmation?

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. You will be emailed when the package is shipped, received and if there are any delays in shipping. If for any reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add sales@iamwhatshot.com to your safe sender list.

Your order was cancelled because…

There may be an issue with your payment method or due to reasons beyond our control the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. These situations don’t happen too often. If your item does become unavailable or the cancellation is due to a payment issue, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order is no longer in stock and contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

Yes, you may have to pay International taxes & duties.

Sorry folks, but your local government may impose import duties and/or taxes on shipments from outside your country. Any additional duties, taxes, custom fees etc. will be your responsibility.

Monday-Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Don’t be surprised if we send you an email much earlier or later than our store operating hours, we tend to work hard! Emails received over the weekend will be answered on the following business day.
