RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Return Policy

We will accept merchandise for exchange or credit if the item is returned in salable condition i.e.tags attached, unworn and undamaged condition within 14 days of the shipping date.

You will need to:

1. Include the return/exchange slip along with your name, order number, and a detailed note.

2. Contact sales@iamwhatshot.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange with the order number. A reply will be sent in 48 hours.

3. We suggest you insure the package via Mail or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection, please provide tracking information with your return/exchange request email to sales@iamwhatshot.com

4. Save the shipping receipt for your records.

You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange mail to sales@iamwhatshot.com

Please allow 10 to 15 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

Exchanges

To exchange your original order, for merchandise purchased at the full retail value the request must be sent within 14 days of receipt of the order. This does not include sale items.

Specify the exchange item and the new colour/size/style item information and email sales@iamwhatshot.com. Include the request with detailed information in your return package. Shipping charges will be incurred.

If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by IAWH (sorry!) or the quality isn’t the best, we will refund the amount of the item via a store credit including shipping charges.

Please note availability of the replacement item cannot be guaranteed. An email notification will be sent upon completion of the exchange order.

Lost or stolen packages

We ship via Canada Post which provides secure and easy track-able methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
